Craig D. Henley is a motivated, personable lawyer with twenty-nine (29) years of trial experience in a variety of forum including, but not limited to, local, state and federal courts in the states of Arizona, Louisiana, Texas and Ohio. Craig is licensed in both the State of Arizona and State of Louisiana (inactive) but has practiced exclusively as Senior Bar Counsel with the State Bar of Arizona for the last twelve (12) years. He has previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Louisiana 16th Judicial District Attorney's Office and practiced law with various sized law firms in the State of Arizona. Craig was a partner at the Law Offices of Henley & Hicks and solo practitioner at the Law Office of Craig Henley for six (6) years. Among his high-profile cases, Craig has successfully litigated a securities fraud case in the State of Ohio valued at well over one hundred eighty million dollars ($180MM), prosecuted an extensive voter fraud case in the State of Louisiana and represented the State of Arizona Treasurer.
