Joanna de'Shay - Executive Director, CEO & Designer, Black Russian Label
Born in Accra, Ghana on the Western Coast of Africa to a Nigerian father and a Russian mother, Joanna de?Shay grew up heavily influenced by the exotic people, cultures, and textures of her homeland. Inspired by both her international upbringing and her mother?s chic European fashion sense, Joanna created Black Russian Label in 2010 for the global woman who is unapologetic, bold, and empowered by her individual style.
Marion Kelly - Director, Office for Community Affairs, Mayo Clinic. Co-Founder of Diversity Leadership Alliance
Marion Kelly serves as Director for the Office of Community Affairs at Mayo Clinic. In this role, Mr. Kelly provides leadership for the organizations’ efforts to build solid neighbor, civic and corporate relationships. “Community” in its broadest sense encompasses the entire Southwest region of the United States. In addition to providing leadership in Community Affairs, he is also responsible for institutionalizing “Diversity” as a corporate objective within the strategic plan of Mayo Clinic.
